Celine Young & Maria Vanderburgh, founders of Celine's Kitchen.

Back in 2005 when Celine Young and her Aunt Maria founded Celine's Kitchen, they were doing something they both loved - baking incredible treats that couldn't be found anywhere else. What made their treats unique?

Actually, it was a rather odd pairing of baking experiences. Celine drew from a rich collection of traditional family recipes (her great grandmother had studied at the Cordon Bleu in Paris). Both she & Maria grew up in Southeast Asia, influenced by the exotic flavors of the islands. Celine & Maria loved combining the homestyle goodness of traditional, made-from-scratch cookies, bars & loaves with tropical fruits and nuts.

People noticed. In a world where mainstream brownies, cookies & donuts are available on practically every street corner, here is something different. Here is a handmade blending of the old fashioned with the exotic. A marriage of wholesome goodness with bold tropical flavors.

This passion for unique treats includes baking with only the finest natural ingredients. Never any artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, hydrogenated oils or trans fats.
